ZenDirex Terms of Service

1. Overview
Welcome to ZenDirex, offering Zen-inspired director-training programs designed to cultivate mindful leadership and creative vision. By accessing our offerings, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
These terms apply to all in-person and online training programs, digital materials, and merchandise provided by ZenDirex.
3. Service Programs
Our service programs include live workshops, coaching sessions, and retreats. Program fees must be settled prior to the start date. Enrollment is personal and may not be transferred except as set out below.
4. Information Products
Information products consist of e-books, recorded lectures, and online modules. Access is granted electronically upon settlement of fees.
5. Merchandise
Merchandise includes branded apparel and accessories. All items are subject to availability and quality checks before dispatch.
6. Refund Policy
ZenDirex is committed to satisfaction with our offerings. The following refund guidelines apply:
- Service Programs: You may request a reimbursement or transfer enrollment if you notify us at least 14 days before the program start. Custom or one-on-one sessions are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments.
- Information Products: Requests for digital materials are accepted within 14 days of access confirmation. Once any module is downloaded or streamed, no reimbursement will be issued.
- Merchandise: Items may be shipped back for a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition. Shipping costs to ZenDirex are borne by the purchaser; we cover the cost of shipping reimbursement.
7. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
To request a reimbursement or transfer, complete our contact form with your order details and reason. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days. Approved reimbursements are completed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Service Transfer Options
Transfers for service programs are available up to 7 days before the scheduled date. This option cannot be combined with any other offer and is subject to availability.
